How Big Is Lufalight? Loyalty, Ambassador, and Wholesale Programs Explained

Lufalight started as one device line for Canadian households. It's grown into a 14+ device lineup shipping across Canada, the US, the EU, and 11 Asian markets — with several different ways to get more out of being a customer, depending on what "more" means to you. Here's an honest look at how big Lufalight actually is today, and the three real programs — not marketing fluff — that reward customers, creators, and businesses differently.

How big is Lufalight today?

Lufalight's core market remains Canada and the US, where the brand started. As of September 2026, that footprint expanded to a 27-country EU market and 11 additional countries across Asia (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India). The product lineup now spans 14+ devices across five categories — Face and Skin, Full-Body Panels, Specialty, Body and Recovery, and Accessories — built on roughly a decade of prototyping and testing before launch. That's the scale question answered plainly: still a growing brand, not a legacy one, but no longer a single-product company either.

What is the Lufalight Family loyalty program, and how do points actually work?

Lufalight Family is a free points-based loyalty program open to any customer. You earn 5 points for every $1 spent, and 500 points redeems for $5 off your next order at checkout. Points also come from actions besides buying: 100 points per product review, 500 points for a successful referral, 50 points for following on Instagram, 200 points as a birthday bonus, and 25 points for sharing on social media. There are three tiers based on accumulated points — Lufalight Member (0-999 points) gets a birthday reward and early access to sales; Lufalight Pro (1,000-4,999 points) adds free shipping on all orders, exclusive member discounts, and priority customer support; Lufalight Elite (5,000+ points) adds VIP early product access, a complimentary product on your birthday, a dedicated account manager, and complimentary returns.

What's the difference between the loyalty program and the Ambassador Program?

They're built for different people. Lufalight Family is for anyone who buys and wants ongoing rewards. The Ambassador Program is a referral-commission program for content creators, fitness coaches, estheticians, or anyone with an engaged audience who wants to share Lufalight and earn from it — there's no follower minimum, and applicants are scored instantly by an automated system (LPQS™) across six categories. Silver Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on referred sales; Gold Ambassadors earn 10% up to 13% plus a CAD $500 demo credit; Diamond Ambassadors earn 15% up to 18% plus a CAD $1,000 demo credit and a dedicated account manager. All tiers are eligible for Lufalight's ongoing Global Ambassador Awards, and commissions are tracked and paid out monthly.

Is there a program for clinics, gyms, or other businesses?

Yes — Lufalight's Wholesale & Partnership Program is built for facilities buying at volume rather than individual customers. It offers tiered wholesale pricing starting at 30% off retail with deeper discounts at higher order volume, a dedicated account manager, and co-branded marketing materials and product training. It's a separate application and account system from both the loyalty program and the Ambassador Program, aimed at clinics, gyms, and similar facilities rather than individual shoppers or creators.

Quick checklist: which program actually fits you?

  • You're a regular customer who wants ongoing rewards: join Lufalight Family — free, points-based, no application required

  • You create content or have an engaged audience: the Ambassador Program pays a real commission and can be worth applying for even without a large following

  • You run a clinic, gym, or wellness facility: the Wholesale & Partnership Program is built specifically for volume buyers, not individuals

  • You just want free shipping and priority support: that's the Lufalight Pro tier of the loyalty program — reachable at 1,000 points, no separate application

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to join Lufalight Family? No — it's free to join, and points start accumulating from your very first order.

Can I be both a loyalty member and an Ambassador? Yes — they're separate, non-exclusive programs. Many ambassadors are also customers earning loyalty points on their own purchases.

Is there a long-term commitment for the Ambassador Program? No formal contract — ambassadors are asked to stay active with at least one share or post per month to remain in good standing.
