1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from lufalight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Pricing
Prices for orders shipped within Canada are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For orders shipped to the United States, prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable US duties, taxes, and import fees calculated at checkout — the total shown at checkout is the final landed cost, and no additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery.
Prices for orders shipped to the European Union are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable EU VAT and import duties calculated at checkout — the total shown at checkout is the final landed cost, and no additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery. Orders are transacted through Shopify's Managed Markets service, with Global-e Online Ltd. acting as the Merchant of Record for EU orders.
Prices for orders shipped to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India are displayed in the applicable local currency and include applicable duties and import taxes calculated at checkout — the total shown at checkout is the final landed cost, and no additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery. Orders are transacted through Shopify's Managed Markets service, with Global-e Online Ltd. acting as the Merchant of Record for these orders.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.

3. International Orders
Orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and supported Asian countries (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India) are processed with the assistance of our international commerce partner, Global-e Online Ltd., who calculates and collects applicable duties, taxes, and import fees at checkout, handles currency conversion, facilitates cross-border shipping and returns on our behalf, and acts as the Merchant of Record for these markets. By placing an international order, you agree that Global-e may process your order and shipping information solely for these purposes.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing/availability, or other reasons, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Lufalight devices are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statistics and outcomes referenced on this site are drawn from independent peer-reviewed photobiomodulation (PBM) research and are not specific claims about any individual Lufalight device. Always consult a qualified physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, have a photosensitivity condition, are on photosensitizing medication, or have an active cancer diagnosis.
The Solaris9 BK300 contains a regulated UVB lamp. Use strictly according to the included instructions and exposure-time guidelines. Misuse of UVB devices can cause skin and eye damage.
6. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Shipping timelines, 60-day return window, and product warranty (1–3 years depending on model) are described on our Shipping Info and Return & Refund Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use our website for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its related systems; (c) transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our products or services without express written permission; or (e) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the site without our consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Lufalight Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lufalight Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lufalight Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for customers in Canada. For customers in the United States, these Terms are additionally subject to applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
For customers in the European Union, nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. The same applies for customers in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India, with respect to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their own country of residence.
13. European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, the sale is transacted through Shopify's Managed Markets service, with Global-e Online Ltd. acting as the Merchant of Record. Global-e, not Lufalight Inc. directly, is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable EU VAT and import duties, providing customs and import documentation, processing returns and refunds under EU consumer law, and serving as your point of contact for payment and customs questions specific to your EU order.
14. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at lufalight@gmail.com or follow the return instructions provided with your order confirmation. This 14-day EU withdrawal right is the minimum guaranteed by EU law. Lufalight extends the same 60-day return window to EU orders as it does for US and Canadian orders, so EU customers receive more time than the legal minimum.
15. Product Certification and Availability for EU Orders
Lufalight products sold into the European Union are CE-marked. FDA clearance and registration statements elsewhere on this site refer to United States regulatory status only and do not imply any additional EU regulatory certification beyond CE marking. Not all Lufalight products are available for shipment to the European Union; product availability, including any exclusions, is shown at checkout.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lufalight Inc. with respect to your use of this website and the purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
