Place the VitalityPro mat flat on a bed, sofa, or floor with the PU-leather side facing up. Lie down on your back so the amethyst and tourmaline crystal zones make full contact along your spine, back, and hips.

Connect the controller and power on. Choose your pulse mode — P1 (3Hz) for deep relaxation, P2 (7.8Hz Schumann resonance) for a grounding session, P3 (10Hz Alpha) for mental calm, P4 (Beta) for daytime energy, or P5 for the automated 20-minute pulse / 100-minute rest smart cycle.

Adjust the far-infrared heat anywhere from 10°C to 70°C for your comfort, then set your session timer from 1 to 9 hours — the mat auto shuts off at the end of your selected time, or after 4 cycles when using the P5 smart program.

Use the mat daily, with 30–60 minutes a session as a good starting point for circulation, relaxation, and cellular wellness. For hands-free overnight use, let the P5 smart program run its automatic pulse-and-rest cycles.
