Simple, seamless step-by-step process for optimal results.

Recommended 10-Minute Therapy Protocol

Distance: 6–12 inches • Active Wavelengths: 660nm + 850nm

10:00
01

Set up your ESPRO3000 by hanging it securely on a door hook or mounting it on a stand at full-body height. Plug into a standard power outlet and power on using the smart touchscreen.

Step 1 of 5
02

Put on your protective eye goggles before starting any session. NIR (near-infrared) and red light wavelengths are powerful — eye protection is essential every time, even if the light does not feel intense.

Step 2 of 5
03

Stand 6–12 inches (15–30cm) from the panel. Select your desired wavelength mode using the touchscreen or wireless remote — choose red light (630/660nm) for skin, or NIR (810–1060nm) for deeper muscle and joint recovery.

Step 3 of 5
04

Begin your session with 10–15 minutes for first-time use. As your body adapts, increase to 20–30 minutes per session.

Step 4 of 5
05

After your session, power off via the touchscreen or remote. For best results, use 4–5 times per week consistently — morning sessions boost energy, evening sessions support recovery and sleep.

Read all FAQs
The ESPRO3000 delivers 3,000W of total output across 600 dual-chip LEDs — covering your entire body in a single standing session. Unlike compact or targeted panels, you don't need to reposition or run multiple sessions to treat different areas. It's built for serious, full-body photobiomodulation (light-based cellular energy therapy) at a professional-grade level, with six wavelengths including 1060nm deep-tissue NIR (near-infrared) not found on most consumer panels.
