All products covered against manufacturing defects — no registration required. Coverage begins on your purchase date.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
"Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. LUFALIGHT is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs processing on future international orders."
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products fall into two categories — general-use devices and personal-contact wellness items — two different return paths apply.
Category A — Eligible for 60-Day Return
Applies to: RecoverPro40B, GlowMini60Pro, GlowE300, Solaris9 BK300 Executive Edition, LUFAMAX 1800, LUFAMAX 4800, LUFAESPRO 3000, and any other full-body panel not listed under Category B.
60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Like-new condition required: unmarked, fully functional, with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns, deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, sanitization, and refurbishment so the returned unit meets the same standard as new.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Use a trackable, insured method — LUFALIGHT is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
RMA required. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be issued before shipping any item back; returns received without a prior RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return passing inspection.
Category B — Final Sale Once Opened
Hygiene & personal-contact items. Applies to: GlowEM04, BeauMask, BeauMask + BeauNeck-Décolleté, VitalityPro PEMF Mat, LUMENOVA PRO, AuraDome, and ProStand.
Due to direct skin/scalp contact and the nature of these products, items in this category cannot be returned once the box has been opened — no exceptions for change of mind. This does not affect your warranty: a defective unit in this category is still fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at lufalight@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return your eligible item under the Category A process above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lufalight@gmail.com with photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or repair at no cost to you — no restocking fee applies to verified defects.
How to Start a Return
Email lufalight@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm eligibility and issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return shipping instructions.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA using a trackable, insured carrier.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Warranty
All LUFALIGHT products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. No registration required — coverage begins automatically on the purchase date. Warranty length varies by product:

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description (plus photos, if applicable) of the issue.
